Job Description
Will oversee a staff compliment of 45 staff. Management, Training, Discipline, Rostering, Leadership of Staff. Management of Stock, Costs and Controls. Guest Relations. Problem Solving. Oversee all departments within the lodge to include Front office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service, Maintenance, Financial Management and reporting. Ensure Guests are receiving high quality level of service and that their needs are attended to well so that this encourages repeat business. Assist with Marketing. Previous experience within similar role essential.
Qualifications
Formal Hospitality Management Qualifications are an advantage.
Skills
Good Hands-On management and leadership style. Pro-active. Strong problem-solver. Able to manage all departments within a lodge operation. Great Guest Relations/Guest Service skills and experience. Experienced in a 4/5* Game Lodge setting.
