Job Description
We are seeking a well-experienced 5* Game Lodge Executive Housekeeper. The lodge has 12 Villas and hosts a very affluent VVIP profile clientele so service standards, hygiene standards, and housekeeping standards are exceptionally high. We are seeking a hands on, pro-active, well experienced boutique style Housekeeper who is also able to interact with Guests. This housekeeper must have an exceptional eye for detail to ensure service and rooms are spotless. Will oversee stock levels, rosters, orders, leave schedules, staff management of 6 housekeepers. Strong with controls.
Qualifications
Formal Hospitality Qualification will prove an advantage but not essential if well experienced within a similar role at a 5* Game Lodge.
Skills
Must have experience within a similar 5 Star Boutique Style Bush environment in the same position. Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail. Great Leadership Skills. Great Administration skills.
