Job Description

 

We are currently looking for a Head Chef. This candidate must have fine dining Restaurant experience. Must also be able to work well with a young and dynamic team. Must understand the industry and be able to change menu items, come up with new dishes, oversee stock takes, manage admin, Manage margins and costs, managing and hiring staff.

 

 

Qualifications

Formal Professional Cookery Diploma from a reputable fine dining culinary institution required.

Skills

Fine Dining Restaurant Experience at Senior Chef Level. Strong team player and motivator required. Strong creatively, on the floor as well as administratively.
