POSITION INFO:
A 5* Hotel and Function Venue located in Centurion, Pretoria.
Senior Pastry Chef duties will apply. Previous experience within similar role essential.
Formal Professional Cookery/Pastry/Patisserie qualifications will prove an advantage.
Creative. Strong with plated and banquet style/harvest table desserts, breads, etc. Proven track record within a similar role within a similar type of upmarket and busy establishment.
