POSITION INFO:
A law firm located in Johannesburg.
Our client seeks a qualified and admitted practicing Attorney that has exposure in sectional title debt collections, working with managing agents of body corporates and Homeowners Associations, familiarity with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, Community Schemes Ombud Act, Sectional Titles Act. Experience with Ghost Practice will be advantageous.
LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney.
Experienced in Sectional Title Debt Collections. Ghost Practice working knowledge is advantageous.
