Job Description
A good general business acumen , advantage if a qualified Chef but not critical. Responsible for HR, Customer Service, Food quality and Menus, Finance, Food Safety to the highest ISO levels including HACCP, there will also be training provided. Highly customer/client focused, hands on, this is not for somebody who prefers to be in an office. Financials – must understand the importance of revenue growth, cost of sales, labour costs, etc. HR, working with a team on the ground, motivating, training, developing, guiding. Team size can vary from 15 to 50 people. Food safety, daily inspections according to International standards. Contracts vary largest being around 1500 meals/ transactions a day, others range from around 200/250.
Qualifications
Professional Cookery/Culinary Diploma.
Skills
Energetic, Driven. Experienced in the Corporate Catering Sector.
