SUMMARY: F&B Manager
POSITION INFO:
A large Resort Hotel located in Durban (North Coast). ) 120 rooms, 3 restaurants, 2 conference rooms +- 80 capacity
Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering or equivalent will be advantageous. Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Hotel/Resort/Lodge Management with at least two years relating to Food & Beverage Management.
Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Hotel/Resort/Lodge Management with at least two years relating to Food & Beverage Management. Fully computer literate with an emphasis and experience on Micros/Opera. General all-round knowledge of industry operations. Strong Managerial Skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong Project Management skills. Decision making and problem solving. Strong financial acumen and administration skills. Excellent knowledge of Food and Wine with a passion to drive revenue related to these competencies. Hands on kitchen skills. Be able to communicate with guests at all levels and to be able to arrange and plan functions. Drivers License.
