A well-established legal practice with Conveyancing Department located in Midrand.
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Conveyancing Secretary with at least 5 years of development experience – this is non-negotiable.
Attending to handling full and sectional title developments, and subdivision developments from start to finish.
Liaising with clients. Attending to normal transfers.
This role will be office unless the COVID 19 regulation change. This role will have 2 subordinates that will report to them – the other 2 secretaries will run the normal transfers and assist the person where needed.
Development experience is essential. We sometimes register private bonds so some bond experience is necessary as well as things like servitudes.
Qualifications
Relevant Qualifications will prove an advantage but not essential if well-experienced in Development Transfers.
