Job Description
We are seeking a commercial attorney to work with the Senior Director and Associate on their ever increasing workload of commercial matters.
We seek someone competent, dynamic, sharp.
Commercial work only – shareholders / Moi’s / general contractual work / acquisitions / mergers / all types of general commercial contracts
Will consider all options – Preferably a BEE appointment, but the candidate will be chosen based on ability.
Qualifications
Formal Law Degree. Admitted Attorney. Any post graduate qualifications are an advantage.
Skills
At least 5 years experience post articles and the candidate should be a self-starter and take proper initiative in matters.
