SUMMARY: BEE Executive Chef (Offsite Catering)
POSITION INFO:
A well-established off-site Catering Company located in Johannesburg.
Extensive offsite Catering/ Events experience required. This is the most important aspect as the Chef needs to understand catering. Able to be flexible and work the hours per industry and function demands. Will be required to manage a team of chefs both on site and off site during large functions.
To Start 15 August 2021.
Formal Culinary Qualification is a strong advantage.
Must have offsite Catering experience. Own Transport. Strong Leader. Needs to take initiative. Innovative and Creative. Good stock control and costing experience.
