Mediterranean Restaurant : Pasta, pizza, steak, fish. Located in the Bedfordview area.
Job Description
Run Restaurant fully. Will report directly to the CEO. Subordinates include Waiters , kitchen managers and staff, callers, runners (34 to 40 staff). To start as soon as possible. Working hours 8am to 10pm with split shifts and days off in between per demands of business. Previous experience within same role for minimum of 5 years required. Proven solid track record required.
Qualifications
Formal Qualifications will prove an advantage but are not essential if well experienced in this role.
Skills
5 years minimum as a Restaurant Manager, Software Package Experience: Micros, My inventory – which is part of Micros. Dynamic, Must be able to handle pressure, Strong extrovert, Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
