Kitchen Supervisor / Junior Kitchen manager: (Sous Chef)
Able to slot in under the current Kitchen manager, able to manage the kitchen when the Kitchen Manager is not there (open & Close the Store). Manage staff. Schedule Staff. Perform stock counts. Work closely with current Kitchen manager to grow into other areas of the business. Be a strong coordinator when processing customer orders. Salary range between R 8 500 – R-----
Kitchen Coordinator: (Chef de Partie)
Slot in under the Kitchen manager & Kitchen Supervisor, Be the link between the kitchen staff & the kitchen management when preparing customer orders. Be responsible for the Food preparation. Assist in managing the staff. Salary range between R 5 500 – R R 7 500
Qualifications
Formal Professional Cookery / Culinary Arts Qualifications are ideal.
Skills
Good Leadership skills. Good Cooking Skills. Previous experience within busy restaurant environments ideal.
