Job Description
Full Management of 31 roomed Lodge and large 250 seater Restaurant as well as Landscaping, Gardens and Pools as well as Kitchen, Public areas and Public Day Visitor Toilets and 3 staff houses. 6 Staff will report into this position. Previous experience within a Maintenance Management/Technical Manager within a 5* Game Lodge essential in the remoteness of the Bush essential.
If the Manager has a wife who is strong with Administration, procurement and can act as the Office Manager to the Maintenance Manager, who needs to be effectively very hands on, on the ground, A couple will be considered.
Qualifications
Formal Electrical/Plumbing or other relevant Maintenance/Technical Trade Qualification essential.
Skills
Exceptionally hands On. Ability to effectively manage any repairs, preventative maintenance, budget controls, purchasing, staff Leadership. Proven track record with Game Lodge set ups.
