A popular busy Italian Pizza Pasta and Grill restaurant located in Johannesburg north seeks a strong Head Chef to fully run and operate the kitchen, costs, controls, orders, hygiene, staff training, menu development, training. Willingness and ability to work long hours as per business demands. Previous experience in Restaurants within similar role essential.
Formal Professional Cookery/Culinary Qualification essential.
Strong ability to manage staff. Able to manage a busy pass (Line). Exceptional quality control. Creative Cooking Skills. Great training ability. Ability to manage costs and controls.
