POSITION INFO:
A popular elegant dining seafood restaurant located in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs.
Seeking experienced Chef with high-end elegant Dining Restaurant Experience. Strong A la Carte, Good Plating, Great Cooking Skills. Will assist with Kitchen administration but seeking good quality chefs who are hands on with meal preparation and training and getting quality cuisine out. Must be strong leaders and able to manage the kitchen staff and service well.
Formal Culinary Qualification essential.
Seeking an individual with an enthusiastic work ethic and Finesse and Creativity in Plating and Cooking. Must come from an eloquent dining background and must really love what they do. We are seeking chefs with passion and enthusiasm as well as culinary talent for this dynamic team. We are seeking individuals who can manage a team and service effectively. Strong personality.
Package will be reviewed as industry recovers based on performance of the individual and Restaurant.
