A Luxury brand Game Reserve located in the Eastern Cape.

Job Description

We are seeking a competent F&B Manager and Controller for a Beautiful Reserve located in the Eastern Cape. The F&B Manager will manage stock controls/orders and service for 6 lodges/Camps on the reserve. Chef experience is an advantage as the person must have good knowledge of both food and beverage.

Qualifications

Formal Professional Cookery, Food and Beverage or Hospitality Qualification will prove an advantage.

Skills

Strong Food and Beverage Cost controls, ordering, and stock management experience. Good F&B Service Management experience.
