Job Description

Required to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of two exclusive 5* Lodge/Camp Kitchens. Planning and organizing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food as well as staff supervision and shift rostering, while promoting company goals of excellent guest service and satisfaction, teamwork and sound financial performance.

Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric). Formal Qualification from a reputable Culinary Institution (Ideally Fine Dining/Refined dining Qualification and experience.)

Skills

Minimum 5 Years of experience within a 5* Game Lodge/Lodge/Hotel, Minimum 3 of which must have been at Head Chef Level. Valid Driver''s License.
