A well-organized and recently established firm located in Fourways. The firm has been in operation for 3 years and the team is expanding and the business is set to grow substantially in the future.

Job Description

 

A relatively new firm (in operation for 3 years) that had a Conveyancing department built up by a Senior Conveyancer who has now left to run her own practice is seeking an Associate attorney with a Conveyancing Qualification and ideally some working knowledge and industry contacts, to build up the Conveyancing department for the firm again. Own Client base or access to develop new business will prove an advantage. The firm will also provide some work (General Practice and some Conveyancing instructions). This role will suit a fairly junior to an intermediate level attorney seeking to build and run their own Conveyancing department and team. The firm can provide stability in terms of strong office support, marketing, and a set income.

 

Qualifications

LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.

Skills

Conveyancing Industry Contacts. Willingness and capability to build department and business further. Good Conveyancing knowledge and 2-5 years experience in same.
