A 5* Game Lodge located in the Madikwe Game Reserve.
Job Description
We are looking for a young enthusiastic chef that has a passion for fine dining cooking. Must be innovative and up to trend with healthy food. The chef will be a private chef for a villa, they should be able to do cold, hot, and pastry sections. Orders & Stock Take. Position available immediately. 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, must be flexible, depending on bookings. Must be available for working interviews.
Qualifications
Should have a certificate/diploma in Culinary arts.
Skills
Should be able to cater for Dietary requirements (Lactose intolerant, Gluten-free, allergies, Kosher, Diabetics, Banting, etc.). At least 3-5 years’ experience at a 5-star property. Preferably 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine. Food portfolio required.
