Job Description
Our client specializes in Evictions and Property law. They have a slightly unorthodox vacancy in that they are seeking an Admitted Attorney who ideally would prefer not to practice as same but rather do high-level Client relationship Management. The role would revolve around answering Client Enquiries (mainly from Rental Agents and Property Management companies) and capturing and converting that client inquiry into a solid case. It is essentially more of a client relations management role – to be the main point of contact for the client throughout their cycle and doing after-sale surveys and follow-ups. The role will also require some Social Media administration and Marketing.
This role will initially be a 3-6 month fixed term contract. If all goes well, it may become permanent.
Qualifications
LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney.
Skills
The person would need to have an outgoing, friendly and bubbly personality with good computer literacy. The person has to be 100% fluent in BOTH English and Afrikaans - This is a Key requirement. Benefits
After the first 3 months, the salary may drop to slightly less, say R16,00o with a fee-sharing agreement for each converted enquiry.
