Job Description

 

Our Client, a prominent law and conveyancing firm located in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs, seeks 2 x transfers Secretaries/paralegals for their Conveyancing Transfers Department. The successful incumbent must have experience working with estate agents. They will be required to run the files from start to finish including final accounts. They work on Lexisconvey so that is a must.

 

Qualifications

Relevant Qualifications will prove an advantage but not essential if experienced.

Skills

Exceptional Transfers Experience. Highly proficient in LexisConvey (Ghost Convey). Must have worked with Estate Agents before. Ability to run files independently from start to finish including final accounts.

Salary / Package

R20,000-R40,000 per month
