A large, well-established law Firm located in Sandton.

Job Description

 

Our client is seeking a very well experienced, senior Conveyancing Secretary with Sectional Title/Development Transfers Experience. The person must be able to handle high volume transfers within this busy department and will be assigned to one Client (Developer) who is very particular and can be difficult. The Senior Secretary must therefore have a strong personality and be assertive and competent. Previous experience is a similar role essential. The firm works on Legal Suite and Ghost Convey/Lexis Convey. This is an Urgent Permanent position. Will report directly to the Conveyancer within this leading law firm.

Relevant Qualifications a strong advantage.

Skills

Highly Competent and experienced with Sectional Title/Development Transfers. Assertive Personality. Able to manage deadlines and high volumes of work effectively.
