An excellent upmarket contemporary dining Restaurant in Pretoria is looking for a Strong, Creative, Senior Restaurant Chef who has a stable proven track record in this arena. Good Front of House and Kitchen Management skills. Able to run and manage a busy Pass during service is KEY. Great Plating and presentation skills. Ability to solve problems. Great Cooking Skills. Good with people (Staff and Guests).

 

Qualifications

Professional Cookery Diploma essential.

Skills

Hands-On. Pro-Active. Good Kitchen Management, Able to manage a busy pass, Hands-On Operator. Able to work evenings and weekends. "Thick-skinned temperament required" Experienced in busy restaurants.
