SUMMARY: Restaurant Manager
POSITION INFO:
A restaurant Group is seeking a strong Restaurant General Manager. The role will either be located either in Bedfordview or Sandton dependent on the skillset of the candidate and operational requirements.
General Restaurant Operations Management duties will apply. Proven track record within a similar role required. This role will report directly to the Owners and will work in conjunction with the Senior Chefs.
Relevant Hospitality/Food Service Qualifications are a strong advantage.
Well experienced with upmarket Restaurant Opening and Closing procedures. Strong Communication skills. Great with Patrons and leading staff. Honest, Reliable and efficient working methods.
Negotiable dependent on experience.
