RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the lifting equipment industry to recruit an ADMINISTRATOR to be based in PINETOWN, approximately R6.5k to R8.5k depending on experience.

OUR CLIENT PROVIDES LIFTING EQUIPMENT DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED FOR HIGH SPEED AND OPTIMUM FLEXIBILITY AS WELL AS REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES, ON A NATIONAL BASIS.

The ideal candidate should have/be the following:

Minimum 2 years minimum experience in an administration role in a technical environment.

Computer literate on MS Word.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Relevant administration certificate/qualification, an advantage

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Deal with incoming calls

Capture timesheets

Purchase orders

Generate job cards

Filing

Remuneration:

Approximately R6.5k to R8.5k.
