SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced person to assist with all administrative duties in the sales department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience as an Administrator
Computer literate: MS Office Suite, Syspro would be an advantage
Preferably a non-smoker
Able to work retail hours (Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:00) Saturdays and Public Holidays on a roster basis 8am to 1pm
Willing to learn
Reliable transport
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Reside in Edenvale / Surrounding areas

Duties and responsibilities:

Basic administrative duties
Grv incoming stock
Deal with paperwork for pump repairs and returns
Perform daily stock counts
