SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Admin Supervisor to ensures efficient operational support through meticulous data management and document archiving for our Client based in Lanseria.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Matric or equivalent academic qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant administration experience.
Proficiency in IT and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate cost allocation and reporting.
Precise consumption reporting in ERP systems.
Verification of employee costs and allocations.
Timely provision of customer quotes.
Management of NTS and warranty provisions.
Coordination of inventory counts and expense claims.
Liaison for data collection and costing accuracy.
