We are hiring!!!!!
My client in the construction industry is looking to employ a phenomenal accounts clerk. They are looking for a team player and an individual who is ready to hit the ground running. The successful incumbent will be responsible for working on journals, cash book, general ledger, and reconciliations amongst other ad-hoc duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Load payments into Standard Bank & FNB platforms
Draw up general ledger reconciliations & VAT reconciliations
Maintain cash books
Provide sundry and intercompany invoices and statements
Put together journal entries for various financial transactions
Filing documents
Overseeing any financial accounting risks through the implementation of effective control framework.
Work well in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Diploma in Bookkeeping/Finance
3 – 5 years working experience
Buildsmart advantageous
Cashbook/Clerical Accounting experience
