SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a junior person to perform the full function of debtors and creditors, for a medium sized company in the special steel industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12/ equivalent

 Experience and Requirements:

  • At least 3 – 5 years working experience as an Accounts clerk to perform the full function of Debtors and Creditors
  • Proficient on MS Excel including spreadsheets and formulas and worked on Pastel or a related accounting package
  • A stable work record and contactable references
  • Reside close to Boksburg
  • Reliable transport
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • A clear ITC and Criminal record
  • A non-smoker

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Strong on recons
  • Matching and batching of invoices
  • Debtors & Creditors
  • Collecting money
  • Strong admin skills
  • Invoicing
  • Dealing with queries
