JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for customer-focused and target-driven individuals for our various outbound/Telesales campaigns. You will be expected to call new and existing customers to market and promote various insurance and related products.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 11/12/Matric Certificate • Any recognized Call Centre/Marketing/Sales Qualification/Certificate would be an added advantage • RE Qualification and Certification would be an advantage • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) • Previous experience in selling long/medium- and long-term insurance products would be an added advantage • Clear credit and criminal record • Computer Literate • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite • Customer Oriented • Target driven.
