AA Millwright - 12 Month Contract

SUMMARY:
This global automotive manufacturing company currently seeks an experienced AA Maintenance & Technical Specialist (qualified Millwright), to support the department to meet its objectives so as to contribute positively to the overall company objectives.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Available immediately.
• Qualified Millwright
• Preferably 5 years manufacturing experience (post qualification).
• Experience with PLCs.
• Automotive experience - strong preferably.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on robots, PLCs, motors, hoists, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
• Monitor production equipment condition and make improvements.
• Compile reports on departmental activities and performance.
• Ensure relevant ISO (e.g. 14001, IATF16949 etc.) requirements are met.
• Create/maintain maintenance schedules and work procedures/ processes, including preventative maintenance.
• Conduct training on new processes/product introduction.
• Participate in corrective, preventive and improvement projects.
• Implement Kaizen and cost improvement activities.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
