POSITION INFO:

Working from home. Will be provided with wifi and data

The Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by conserving policies for the business across all channels and brands through the execution of specific retention strategies and approaches.

At least 2 years’ experience as a retentions or Insurance sales agent in a call centre environment.

• Accurately identify the origin and reason for member cancellations
• Effectively determine the cause for the cancellation by selecting the most appropriate approach of responding to the customer.
• Gain an understanding of the customer’s portfolio with the business across comprehensive products; value added products, any other offerings etc., including policy tenure.
• Apply or provide competitor comparisons where necessary relative to the cancellation reason and customer needs in order to provide options to customers.
• Where appropriate, offer discounting strategies relative to customer profitability and options available from Insurer partners.
• Engage in effective brand reputation management aligned to specific customer concerns in order to limit brand damage and integrity.
