JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for ensure accurate and timely sourcing and completion of monthly financial information. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for journals, general ledger management and reconciliations.
EDUCATION
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- BCom Honors in Accounting
- SAICA articles completed
JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- At least 4-5 years post article experience
- Experience working for international organization is preferred
- Experience managing a team is non-negotiable
- Experience in the pharmaceuticals/retail/FMCG industries is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Attention to detail
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
