POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our young and dynamic team. We are a BBBEE level 1 contributor. Our mission is to offer people employment opportunities in a country plagued with an over 30% unemployment rate is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our people. Our mission is to place our candidates in long-term value creating jobs for not only our candidates but our corporates too. Your duties will include, new business development, liaising with clients and candidates, sourcing top talent and interviewing candidates.

Minimum qualification requirements and skills:

2 – 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant
Solid new business development track record
Great communication skills
Proven monthly target track record
