POSITION INFO:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and conduct user interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
- Perform usability testing to validate solutions.
- Design and iterate UI concepts, wireframes and prototypes.
- Create user-centric solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure implementation quality.
- Align with stakeholders on requirements and design direction.
- Support Agile delivery through user stories, designs and prototypes.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Lead UX/UI initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Contribute to a consistent UX across the GAIA platform.
- Present design results and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support communication and adoption activities where required.
- Apply UX methodologies and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement of the user experience for GAIA users globally.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:- Degree or Diploma in:
- UX Design
- Human Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Interaction Design
- Graphic Design
- Information Systems
- Related field
- At least 2 years of experience in:
- UX Design
- User Research
- Communication
- Usability Testing
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric design solutions for complex products.
