POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 5 – 7)
• An Honours Degree or equivalent professional experience would be a bonus
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of current customer management practices
• A solid understanding of the administrative requirements in the higher education sector
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration and coordination-related role; Strong administrative background in programme administration in the educational sector essential
