SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking to employ a 2nd Line IT Technician to join their expanding team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sought After Technical Skills
Server OS and related services (Windows Server, AD, DNS, GP)
Cloud technologies (AZURE, AWS, Office 365 services)
Infrastructure (Server Hardware, Virtualization Technologies)
Backup and recovery solutions and DR planning
IT Security (Firewalls, EDR, Software services and Security Policy)
Networking TCP/IP to Layer 3, design and implementation
Experience in managing and contributing technically to projects
Voice (Hosted PABX)
Microsoft Power Platform
 
Personality Traits
Must be able to work with a team and alone
Good relationship builder
Add technical insights to al projects
Aptitude to self-learn and pickup new information
Good time management
Work quickly and efficiently
Happy to share and teach others
Good documentation skills
 
Other Requirements
Must have a valid Driver’s license and own vehicle
Willing to work after hours if required
Willing to travel to clients if required
Some infrequent overnight work may occur
