2nd Line Support Engineer required for a permanent role in Dundee.

The Role
As a dedicated Support Engineer, you will be tasked with both on-site and remote support so a real focus on providing the best service possible to clients is paramount.
The company are focused on creating solutions using the latest tools, so you will be as passionate as them about emerging tech and Cloud platforms. Their current tech environments consists of Windows Servers, VOIP Telephony and a focus on the Microsoft 365 solutions.
You
This role would be well suited to an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer with a good understanding of the tech listed below. However, your drive and willingness to learn are just as important (if not more!) so this role is open to an experienced 1st Line Engineer who has the right attitude and willingness to learn.
As they operative in a rapidly evolving market with multiple clients who all have their own individual needs, this is an excellent opportunity to get stuck into a variety of interesting project and solve a mix of technical challenges.

Location
The company is based in Dundee and as there will be site visits a full driving licence is required. At the moment, onboarding and interviewing is being handled remotely with the kit you need to work from home being provided.
Once things return to normal, you''ll be expected to work in the office when you''re not on-site visits. As there''s such a focus on continual learning and training, being in the office makes this much easier!
Salary
The salary on offer is between £23k to £32k for the right Engineer but we''re also open to those with a wee bit less experience but the right attitude. On top of the standard benefits, you will be provided with everything you need to do your job including a company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone.
