SUMMARY:

Our client is recruiting for a Junior Change Manager for a 2 month contract, renewable depending on performance. Position based in Johannesburg Northern suburbs.

POSITION INFO:
Key tasks:

Identifying individual Key Stakeholders and Stakeholder groups
Conducting regular interviews with individuals / groups to analyse expectations and concerns
Managing requirements
Providing information to Stakeholders on a consistent basis

Communication:

Communication is the most effective tool an organization can use to obtain acceptance of change. Without effective communication, change is impossible and change management fails. Which of the following are applicable to this change effort:

Newsletters distributed via email will be sufficient
Multiple communication vehicles are required to create awareness, buy-in and provide information
Communication must be tailored to specific target groups

End user engagement:

User readiness assessments

Observation and monitoring of progress

Tracking and measuring results

Providing recognition and rewards

Climate surveys

User support

Team support

Training support:
Training support is vital in ensuring the effectiveness of the training, training material and learning outcomes.

Must be able to travel.
