1^st Line Support – Telecoms (JB1172)

JHB South

R14 000 – R20 000 (Experience dependent)

Growing hosted voice support team requires an experienced 1^st Line Support agent who will be responsible for providing first class, helpdesk style, technical support, and services specific to voice products and services.

Responsibilities:

Provide first class technical support and services specific to telecommunications to clients in South Africa as well as the UK
Resolve queries related to:
- Cisco and Yealink handsets
- Unify phone systems
- PBX Maintenance
- Wire Shark
- IPV4 configurations

Requirements:

1+ experience supporting VOIP products
System configurations related to call flows
Network configurations
The ability to triage hosted voice issues
Relevant certifications would be beneficial
