The Detail

IT Support

Deliver IT infrastructure support for the company’s employees.
Identify, troubleshoot, research, support and resolve IT issues in relations to the helpdesk.
Responsible for set up of new hardware within the company.
Maintaining of desktop hardware and software (upgrades, virus free and fully operational).

Troubleshoot and Maintenance

Ensure all problems are attended to and resolved according to the helpdesk SLA.
Maintaining of desktop hardware and software (upgrades, virus free and fully operational).
Ensuring neatness of server room and IT office.
Ensuring all cabling is kept tidy.
