SUMMARY:
Tactical Officer requires tactical training with Firearm Competency

POSITION INFO:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Comply with the company code of conduct
•
Project a positive and forceful image for Excellerate services
•
Be visible and proactive against security threats
•
Respond to Incidents
•
Monitor any social media groups and respond as directed
•
Interact with clients, public and the SAPS as required in a professional manner
•
Maintain a high level of visibility in the assigned areas of operation
•
Interact with Senior management and take direction as required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•
PSIRA Grade A Registered
•
Code 08 Drivers Licence with a clean driving record
•
Computer Proficiency
•
Firearm Competency (Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle)
•
Tactical Training Certificates
•
Armed Reaction Certificate is advantageous
•
Armed Reaction experience is advantageous
•
CIT or CPO training and experience is advantageous
•
Shotgun Competency is an advantage

COMPETENCIES:
•
Excellent verbal and written communication Skills (English)
•
Ability to perform in accordance with extensive Physical demands of the Site (P.T.)
•
Good reporting skills, written and verbal
•
Ability to work independently and in a team
•
Physically Fit and good health
•
Excellent firearm handling skills
•
Excellent customer relations skills
