Sunnyside, Pretoria: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (1 MONTH TEMPORARY)

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female

-Tertiary Conveyancing qualification advantageous

-Minimum 5 years recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must (Senior level)

-Experienced in ABSA Bank & Nedbank Bond Registrations, and Transfers in general

-Independently functional, and well seasoned in Conveyancing procedures

-Computer literate in Ghost Convey, Lexis Nexis, Web Convey and Stordoc

-Reliable with good communication skills

-To start immediately

Duration: 1 month temporary assignment only

Duties:

-Teaching 2 junior Conveyancing secretaries full conveyancing functions

-Drafting of Conveyancing documents

-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms

Salary: R 15 000.00 gross (not negotiable)
