SUMMARY:
A qualified SEO trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive SEO training for Tabula Rasa’s BPO programme participants. The training should be hands-on and tailored to the needs of our team, focusing on both foundational and advanced SEO strategies.

Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Develop a detailed training curriculum covering SEO fundamentals, onpage and off-page optimization, keyword research, link-building strategies, content creation and optimization, local SEO, technical SEO, and analytics.
- Training Delivery: Provide in-person or virtual training sessions for a period of 4 months, 2-3 days per week (based on availability and schedule). The trainer should be able to adapt content and teaching styles according to the participants learning levels.
- Hands-On Practical Sessions: Implement real-world case studies, examples, and exercises that will allow participants to apply SEO techniques to live websites and campaigns.
- Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments to gauge the participants understanding and provide feedback throughout the training duration. Regular progress checks should be made to ensure skill retention.
- Post-Training Support: Offer support for a period after the training to answer questions and provide guidance on SEO implementation. This may involve follow-up sessions or check-ins.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an SEO trainer with a track record of successful SEO training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, trends, and best practices.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, content, and analytics).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in or with BPOs and understanding their specific needs would be an advantage.
- Availability to work in Diepsloot or virtually with flexible timings to meet the needs of our team.
