1. Quotes and Invoicing: Prepare accurate quotes for customers, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing. Process invoices efficiently to facilitate seamless transactions.
2. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Assist customers in diagnosing plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing complex challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Stock Control: Maintain stock levels by monitoring, placing orders as needed, and conducting regular stock checks. Your attention to detail will help keep the shelves stocked with the essentials.
4. Customer-Centric Approach: Put the needs of the customers first. Be patient and empathetic with the clientele. Your friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile will leave a lasting impression.
