Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised mature female to join their team as both Personal and Executive assistant to the company owner.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- High School degree.
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
- Fluent in Afrikaans
Responsibilities:- Acting as the Point of Contact: You’ll be the primary liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Information Management: Efficiently manage information flow, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Calendar Management: Handle Co Owners calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating business events.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel and accommodation arrangements for Company Owner.
- Expense Tracking: Keep track of daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Office Management: Oversee office supply inventory and maintain an organised filing system.
- Communication: Format internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports).
- Meeting Support: Take minutes during meetings and screen/direct phone calls
