JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Packhouse Manager will be responsible for perishable produce storage, off site storage, recieving raw materials and finished product loading. Ensure correct procedures are in place to ensure that overall stock management, stock picking and stock movement system complies with FIFO system to eliminate waste. Other: Housekeeping, Quality, Audits, Risk and Corporate Governance.

Requirements:

Relevant Logistics/Supply Chain Management tertiary qualification

Min 3-5 years supervisory experience within a food manufacture operation.
