Requirements:

• Matric.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
• Ability to work independently.

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Create and schedule engaging content, respond to comments, and analyze social media performance.
• Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain brand guidelines.
• Website Management: Oversee the company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date and user-friendly. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
• Content Creation: Create and curate content for various online channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
• Online Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns, such as pay-per-click (PPC) and display ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns.
• Company Profile: Create and maintain an engaging and informative company profile, including company descriptions, achievements, and portfolio.
• Flyer Creation: Design and develop visually appealing flyers to promote products, services, or special offers.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most productive channels and campaigns.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously work on improving the conversion rates on the website and various landing pages.
• Ad Hoc Health and Safety responsibilities.
