To operate the preparation process with maximum effectiveness, complying with policies, procedures and standards consistently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min Requirements:

Matric
Engineering certificate (N1-N6) preferably in Fitting, Mechanical or Electrical
1 year experience needed in a food manufacturing/processing/packaging plant
Must be willing to start at the bottom and go through training
Knowledge of the work operating procedure for the preparation area
Knowledge of the process, product, packaging requirements, raw materials, quality, maintenance, cleaning, health & safety procedures, general manufacturing practices within the dairy environment.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, SHEQ, CIP and MDTW.
Technically inclined
Physically fit and healthy
