Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 2 years experience in bond registration for all 4 major banks, at a law firm a must (Key Requirement – NOT negotiable) (Specifically ABSA Bank, Nedbank and Standard Bank Bonds)
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey a must
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
-Must reside in Pretoria
Duties:
-Bond Registrations for all 4 major banks
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
